Our annual maintenance service is available for a per year price and includes items such as preparation and filing of annual returns, drafting annual director and shareholder resolutions, and the execution of all annual resolutions
Minute Books
We provide minute book and registered office transfer services to Blue Rock at no additional cost. Our services include Registered Office and Agent for Service filings, reviewing the minute book for deficiencies, digitizing the minute book using the Athennian Platform, and approval of uncertificated shares. All administrative tasks related to the transfer are managed by our team.
Corporate Secretary Services
For corporations with multiple stakeholders and recurring board meetings, Blue Rock Law can act as your corporate secretary on a flat-fee basis. Fees vary depending on the scope, but our services typically include developing an annual board meeting schedule, facilitating four quarterly meetings (whether virtual or in-person) and handling all coordination, scheduling, and hosting needs. We also prepare meeting materials such as notices, agendas, and template reports, and take comprehensive minutes, ensuring they are properly filed in the minute book. Our team is dedicated to making sure your governance practices are not only compliant, but also efficient and thoroughly documented.
